• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile number used for the deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third parties are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held pending investigation.
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed, but will be credited to your account balance.
